Pricing and minimum orders6 answers

Why is Relish’s price higher than another supplier’s?

The difference in our quotation comes from the configuration and the work included in your order. We price the agreed motor, battery, materials, accessories, packaging and customization, together with production inspection and after-sales responsibilities. We manufacture to your signed sample, check each batch through five inspection stages and provide a pre-shipment report. We obtain your approval for every change and offer lifetime supply of compatible toothbrush heads. If inspection fails, we cover rework and internal reinspection; if we are responsible, we also cover the first third-party reinspection. For an order that fails inspection, the balance is collected after reinspection passes and you give written release.

Send us the specification and scope behind the other price. We will compare the items with you and show which configuration or packaging changes can bring our quotation closer to your budget.

What should I compare when reviewing quotations from different suppliers?

Compare the same model specification and order conditions first: motor and battery configuration, materials, functions, accessories, packaging, quantity and customization. Then check whether sample fees, tooling, additional testing, warranty handling and freight are included or quoted separately. For shipping, confirm the delivery destination and whether duties and clearance are included. Send us the two specification lists and included items, and we will identify the differences so you can compare the full quoted order cost.

Can you help me reduce the cost to fit my target budget?

Yes. Tell us your target price and the features you need to keep. We can look at an existing model, simpler packaging, a different accessory set or fewer custom colors to bring the project closer to your budget. We will explain how each change affects the price and product, so you can decide where to spend.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom oral care products?

Our standard MOQ for customized products is 1,000 units. We can discuss flexible quantities depending on the product and the changes you need. A logo-only project, custom packaging and a completely new design involve different work, so send us your requirements and we will suggest a practical starting quantity.

Can I start with 50 in-stock units before placing a custom order?

Yes. Available in-stock devices start at 50 units for wholesale orders, so you can evaluate a model and test demand before ordering more. Custom branding, colors or packaging are quoted as a customization project, normally from 1,000 units, with flexible quantities available for discussion. Refill items have their own minimums; water flosser tips start at 500 pieces per model.

Can I mix models, colors or product categories in one order?

Selected models and colors can be combined in one order. For custom orders, the minimum quantity can depend on the model, color and packaging version, so the total order quantity alone does not settle every SKU requirement. Send us your proposed mix. We will show the quantity and applicable minimum for each item in the quotation, so you can see the full first-order commitment.

OEM, ODM and private label7 answers

Should I choose OEM, ODM or private label for my oral care brand?

We offer three practical routes. For a private-label launch, choose an existing product and add your logo and packaging. For an ODM project, adapt one of our established designs using the available color, brush-head and feature options. For full OEM development, bring your concept, drawings or functional brief and we develop the design, prototypes and tooling with you. Tell us the changes you need; we will identify the route, development work, MOQ, cost and schedule in the proposal. Ownership and exclusivity are agreed before development starts.

Can I launch an oral care brand without product design experience?

Yes. You do not need a finished product design to start. Tell us who you want to sell to, your target price and your preferred product style. We will help you shortlist models, arrange samples and develop the branding and packaging, so you can review a real product before placing a custom order.

Can Relish develop a product from an idea or a sketch?

Yes. You can start with a sketch, reference sample or functional brief. Our team of more than 30 engineers and designers works through the design, prototypes, tooling and testing with you. Before development starts, we agree the project scope, fees, milestones, exterior-design ownership and file deliverables in writing. Tooling takes 15–20 working days after 3D data approval, followed by 10–15 working days for T1 samples and mold revisions. Production is scheduled after the final sample, packaging and other order details are approved and the deposit is received. If you need an app, Bluetooth or custom firmware, we include a separate software schedule.

What is the fastest way to launch a private-label oral care product?

For a stock-based market test, available devices start at 50 units, with a lead time of 15–20 working days. For a branded launch, an existing design with your logo and packaging avoids a new-tooling stage; OEM logo, color and packaging orders take 25–45 working days and normally start at 1,000 units, with quantities open to discussion. We first confirm the selected model’s stock status and the work your branding requires, then quote production and transit time separately against your required arrival date.

Can I customize the motor, battery, functions or connected features?

Yes. We can assess motor, battery, electronics, cleaning-mode and connected-function changes on your selected platform. Our proposal identifies what can use the existing design and what needs new hardware, structure or software, together with the cost and sample plan. App, Bluetooth and firmware development follows a separate 45–90-working-day schedule, including two integration rounds. This starts when we receive the requirements document, UI files and app-store account. Firmware is frozen 10 working days before pilot production, so the version used for the trial run is agreed before it begins.

What information do you need to prepare a quotation?

Send us the product or model you want, order quantity, target market and customization requirements. Your target price, logo, packaging idea and delivery destination are also helpful. We will use those details to recommend a configuration and prepare a quotation showing the product price and any separate project or shipping costs.

Can you provide photos, videos and product information for my sales channels?

Yes. Free standard assets include white-background PNGs, multi-angle and lifestyle images, a 15–30-second product video, a specification sheet and certificates within the applicable model and market scope. Orders meeting the MOQ include one basic asset set, with the included items stated in the quotation. Custom logo and packaging renders, unboxing or use videos, listing graphics, and model or studio photography are quoted by project, usually US$150–800 per set.

The standard assets have a non-exclusive, royalty-free commercial license for marketing and selling the products you purchase. You may not sublicense them, alter the product’s appearance, crop certification marks or use them for efficacy or medical claims. We can issue an authorization letter for standard or custom assets to support copyright or brand-registration disputes on Amazon, Walmart or your own store.

Samples and development6 answers

Are samples free, and do custom samples cost extra?

Many standard in-stock samples are free; you pay shipping. The first custom sample is quoted with the development project, with the scope, sample fee and shipping confirmed before we start. For factory-process errors against the agreed specification, the first two rework rounds are free; from the third factory-caused round, we charge material and labor costs only after you approve a written quotation. New features, color/material/finish changes, packaging or artwork changes requested by you are charged separately and add 3–5 working days.

What is the difference between a standard sample, a custom prototype and a pre-production sample?

A standard sample lets you try one of our existing products. A custom prototype shows the design or functional changes being developed for your brand. The final approved sample represents the product we will manufacture. We also confirm the packaging with you, so both the product and its presentation are settled before mass production.

What happens if a custom sample needs revision or the project stops?

We compare your feedback with the agreed specification and identify the reason for revision. If our manufacturing process is the cause, the first two rework rounds are free. From the third factory-caused round, we quote material and labor costs in writing and need your approval before starting. Changes you request to functions, color/material/finish, packaging or artwork are major revisions, with an extra charge and 3–5 working days added. You can review the scope, price and timing before deciding on another round; mass production follows the sample you approve.

If you stop the project, incurred mold, tooling and engineering costs are non-refundable. We cancel unstarted milestones, refund their corresponding prepayments, and deliver the confirmed samples and project exterior-design files. The development agreement defines the platform IP and file-delivery scope.

How do you keep bulk production consistent with the approved sample?

We manufacture to the sample and specifications you have approved. These cover the product configuration, materials, color, functions, accessories and packaging. Our quality team checks production against those requirements. If anything needs to change, we notify you and ask you to sign off on the latest sample before production follows the revised version.

How long do samples and mass production take?

Routine sampling takes 3–7 working days. Stock orders take 15–20 working days; OEM orders with logo, color and packaging customization take 25–45 working days. Production lead time starts on the later of deposit receipt and written approval of the required artwork or final sample, with packaging and all other order details confirmed. Transit time is additional.

A new product also needs its development stages before final approval: tooling takes 15–20 working days after 3D data approval, plus 10–15 working days for T1 samples and mold revisions. App, Bluetooth and firmware work has a separate 45–90-working-day schedule. We show these stages in the project plan so you can work out the full launch timeline. Chinese statutory holidays and changes you request after final-sample approval extend the schedule as recorded in the PI.

Can I change the design after approving the sample?

Yes. Tell us what you need changed, and we will assess the work before proceeding. New functions, color/material/finish changes, packaging or artwork changes are major revisions, with an additional charge and 3–5 working days for the revision work. We also check the impact on materials already prepared, tooling and the overall production schedule, then send the revised cost and timing for approval. You sign off on the latest sample before we use the revised version. Any schedule extension after final-sample approval is recorded in the PI.

Customization and IP6 answers

Can I customize the logo, product color and packaging?

Yes. We can add your logo, match your Pantone colors and create branded retail packaging. We will recommend a suitable logo process and finish for your chosen product, then prepare artwork and samples for you to review. Once the product and packaging are approved, we manufacture to that version.

What artwork and language files should I provide?

Please send a vector logo in AI, EPS or PDF, your brand colors, and the wording for the languages required on the packaging, labels and instructions. If you already have artwork, include those files too. We help with packaging design and layout, then send the complete files for your approval before printing. This lets you check the logo, language versions and product information together in the actual packaging layout.

Can we sign an NDA before I share my product design?

Yes, we accept NDAs, including a version supplied by your company. Our legal team needs to review the agreement before it is signed. You can send the NDA first, and we will coordinate the review before you share confidential drawings or product details.

What do I own after paying for tooling, which files do I receive, and can I transfer the mold?

Once the mold fee is paid in full, the mold belongs to you and we keep and maintain it for production. Before development, we record ownership, deliverables and any required licenses in writing. Standard files include 2D exterior drawings, STEP exterior models, packaging dielines and print files, manual layouts and an inspection-standard summary. We can also assist with product and design-patent applications.

The mold can be transferred once all amounts are settled, its condition is inspected and the receiving party signs confidentiality and non-infringement undertakings. You pay crating, insurance and freight; tooling containing our patented structures needs a separate license. Circuit schematics, Gerber files, firmware source code, costed BOMs, supplier lists and mold drawings are outside standard delivery and are provided only under a separately agreed IP package.

Do you offer regional distribution or product exclusivity?

We can discuss regional distribution exclusivity and exclusive exterior designs. For distribution, we agree the territory, covered products, sales commitments and cooperation period. An exterior design you supply or pay us to develop is exclusive to you: we do not manufacture the same exterior for other customers or display it without your written permission. We agree that scope before development.

Our platform technology—drive components, PCBA architecture, firmware, sealing and structural designs, process parameters and test methods—remains ours and can be reused. We record exterior-design rights and any regional sales rights separately, so you know exactly what is reserved for your business.

Can you offer sustainable materials and plastic-free packaging?

Yes. We offer paper-based packaging, plastic-free inserts, soy-based inks and selected alternative product materials. We can help you choose options that suit your product and brand, and provide the relevant material information for claims such as FSC-certified paper or recycled content. We will also show how the choices affect the quotation.

Toothbrushes and heads6 answers

What is the difference between sonic, rotating and Rotasonic toothbrushes?

Our sonic models use high-frequency brush-head vibration. Rotary models such as RLT3006 use rotary head motion. Our 3-in-1 Rotasonic design combines rotating, sonic and vibrosonic technology. We also offer hybrid vibrosonic models such as VS0360B, combining 60° oscillation with 31,000 VPM.

For sourcing, compare the head shape and motion, handling, noise, controls, compatible refill heads and price on the shortlisted samples. We can help you choose a straightforward platform or a product with combined motions and additional features, according to the experience and price point you want for your range.

Is a higher vibration frequency always better?

No. First choose the brushing platform and head design that fit your product concept, then compare modes, handling, noise, battery performance and price. RPM on a rotating model and VPM on a sonic model describe different motions, so the larger number does not automatically identify the better product. We use the specifications and samples of the shortlisted models to help you compare the complete product.

Can I choose pressure sensing, a display, a timer or different brushing modes?

Yes. Our range includes pressure-sensing models, displays, timers and different brushing modes. We can help you choose an existing platform with the features you need, or assess custom changes. Before production, you can try the controls and feedback on the sample and confirm how you want the product to work.

How should I compare battery life, charging and water resistance?

We compare three parts of the configuration with you. For battery life, check the quoted mode and use duration so the figures are on the same basis. For charging, choose between the model’s available cable or base options; RLT3006 uses USB-C, while VS0360B offers wireless charging. We list the cable, base and adapter included in the order. For water resistance, we confirm the selected model’s rating and applicable test records. This gives you the charging setup, runtime basis and water-resistance documentation to review together before approving the sample.

Are replacement brush heads universal or compatible with other brands?

Replacement heads are not universal. We match the head to the toothbrush handle and drive system, and can supply the compatible heads for the models you buy from us. If you need heads for another brand or handle, send us the exact model so we can check the connection and assess compatibility.

How long will replacement brush heads remain available?

We provide lifetime supply of replacement brush heads for the toothbrushes you purchase from us. You can continue ordering compatible heads after your initial product order, so your customers can keep using their handles. We can also help you plan branded refill packs for ongoing sales.

Water flossers and tips6 answers

Should I choose a portable or countertop water flosser?

For travel and compact storage, start with a portable model. For a fixed bathroom setup and a larger reservoir, consider a countertop model. We offer 170–800 mL tank configurations; portable models are IPX8 and countertop models are IPX4, with UV nozzle disinfection available on some countertop models. We confirm each selected model’s actual tank size, water-resistance rating, accessories and functions in its specification, then match the configuration to your customers, retail positioning and target price.

How should I choose the pressure range and cleaning modes?

Higher pressure alone does not determine which model suits your customers. Our motor-and-pump system generates pulsating water, with 3–5 pressure levels depending on the model. During sampling, compare the lowest and highest settings, adjustment steps and flow consistency. We provide the selected model’s pump type, pulse frequency and pressure range in its specification. Our batch checks measure pressure at the lowest and highest settings in PSI or kPa, together with flow in mL/min, so you can compare the output as well as the controls.

What tank capacity should I choose for a private-label water flosser?

A larger tank reduces the need to refill, but also increases the product’s size and packed volume. We offer compact portable models and larger countertop formats. If you want a travel product, we can prioritize size and storage; for home use, we can help you choose a larger reservoir without overlooking grip and cleaning convenience.

How can I evaluate leakage, pump noise and pressure consistency?

We check every water flosser’s water path using negative-pressure leak testing. Noise, pressure and flow are sampled by batch under AQL 2.5: noise is measured in dB(A) at a fixed distance with background noise below 30 dB(A), pressure at the lowest and highest settings in PSI or kPa, and flow in mL/min. Raw batch noise and pressure data are available on request. We agree the selected model’s measurement setup and acceptance limits in the inspection requirements.

When comparing samples, use the same mode and distance for noise, check the tank and nozzle connection for visible leaks, and observe the water output through a use cycle. We can review your observations alongside the model specification and batch data.

Can I choose different water flosser tips and replacement packs?

Yes. We offer standard, orthodontic and periodontal-pocket tips matched to the selected water flosser, using medical-grade ABS and silicone. Tips can be ordered separately from 500 pieces per model, with mixed colors and your branded refill packaging. We identify the compatible tip model and the quantity of each tip in the configuration, so you can plan the device set and ongoing refill sales together. Our retail packaging recommends replacing the nozzle every three months.

Can I customize a travel lock, USB-C charging or a more compact design?

Yes. We can work on the housing, tank, charging system and functions such as a travel lock. We will first check whether one of our existing models meets your requirements. If you need a new size or structure, our engineers can assess the design changes and prepare a development proposal.

Other products and kits6 answers

What should I consider when sourcing a kids’ electric toothbrush?

For a kids’ range, we first match the intended age group with brush-head size, grip and control simplicity, then choose the brushing and guidance features. Our TV85D offers a simple one-mode format; VS09C combines oscillation and sonic brushing with bone-conduction audio guidance and three modes. Tell us the age group, product positioning and target price, and we will shortlist suitable models for sample review. We check the chosen model’s information, fit and handling with you before confirming the configuration and age labeling.

What can I customize on a U-shaped electric toothbrush, and what should I evaluate?

We can customize the U-shaped mouthpiece, handle, colors, functions and packaging. Tell us the intended users and preferred product size so we can plan the sample around that group. During sample review, we check mouthpiece fit, bristle contact with the intended tooth surfaces, grip comfort and ease of cleaning with you. We then work through the required changes before you approve the design for production.

Can you supply a private-label LED whitening device and gel kit, and what does the quotation include?

Yes. We manufacture the LED and cold-light devices and can quote a branded device-and-gel kit. Your quotation lists the chosen device, mouthpiece, charging accessories, case and packaging. For gel, you can supply your formulation, use a standard non-peroxide formulation from our partner formulator, or develop a formulation with us. With customer-supplied gel, we check outlet dimensions, sealing and material compatibility with the formulation, and issue a compatibility report before moldmaking.

Tell us the target market and any formulation or registration arrangements you already have. Within five working days, we reply with feasibility, MOQ and the applicable registration route before quoting. Whitening claims and registration requirements are reviewed for the target market and the party holding the registration.

Are water flossers and oral irrigators the same product, and can I reorder the tips?

Yes. We use water flosser and oral irrigator for the same devices in our range. A motor and pump deliver pulsating water through a replaceable nozzle. We confirm the pressure levels, tank capacity and tip connection for your chosen model in its specification. Compatible tips can be reordered from 500 pieces per model, with mixed colors and your branded refill packaging.

Can I customize manual toothbrush bristles, handles and packaging?

Yes. We can customize the handle, bristle configuration, colors and retail packaging. Tell us whether you are developing an adult, kids’ or another specific range, together with your preferred feel and price point. Our standard customization MOQ is 1,000 units, and we can discuss quantities around your project.

Can I build a set with replacement heads, tongue scrapers, interdental brushes or floss?

Yes. We can combine your main product with items such as replacement heads, tongue scrapers, interdental brushes or floss in branded packaging. Send us the items you want in the set and your preferred price point. We will help you work out the product combination, packaging layout and order quantities.

Quality and inspection7 answers

How does Relish control quality during production?

Every batch goes through incoming quality control (IQC), in-process quality control (IPQC), final quality control (FQC), AQL 2.5 sampling and pre-shipment inspection (PSI), with an inspection report before dispatch. For electric toothbrushes and water flossers, we check every unit’s appearance, power-on and all modes, buttons and display response where fitted, charging indication, and the relevant leak or airtightness checks. Water flossers receive negative-pressure water-path testing; toothbrush housings receive online waterproof testing. Noise, pressure, flow and selected performance checks use batch sampling. Reliability tests such as immersion, aging and endurance use the applicable type or periodic sample plan.

Can I use your quality inspection team or appoint a third-party inspector?

Yes. You can use our quality team or appoint your own third-party inspector. We agree the acceptance rules in the PI before production, including the AQL level, sample quantity and defect classifications, with your approved sample as the product reference. Every-unit checks and batch sampling follow their respective inspection requirements. If inspection fails, we provide a photo-supported defect list within 24 hours and a written corrective-action plan within 48 hours. We pay rework and internal reinspection costs, plus the first third-party reinspection when we are responsible. After a failed inspection, the balance is collected only after reinspection passes and you give written release.

What quality records and product documents can I review?

Each batch comes with an FQC summary and AQL inspection records, and we provide the pre-shipment inspection report before dispatch. Raw noise and pressure data can also be supplied by batch on request. For sourcing review, we can organize the selected model’s specification, sample-approval information and applicable certificates or test reports. Tell us your team’s document list before inspection so the report and supporting files match the order you are accepting.

Will you change components or materials on repeat orders?

Any change to your product’s components, materials, functions or packaging is notified to you and requires sign-off on the latest sample before we use the revised version. This applies to repeat orders as well as product updates. We manufacture against the sample you have approved, giving your purchasing and quality teams a clear reference for checking each version.

How can I verify materials, water resistance and durability?

We review the selected model’s agreed materials and specification, approved sample, and applicable material and product test records with you. For durability and water resistance, applicable IPX7 or IPX8 immersion, salt spray, UV aging, battery-capacity retention after 300 cycles and transport vibration are type or periodic sample tests at first-article approval and requalification. Single-charge runtime, drop and switch-cycle life are also sampled by batch. Every-unit housing or water-path leak checks are part of routine production inspection.

We identify the test conditions and results relevant to your model, so you can distinguish material documentation, batch checks and reliability tests when accepting the product.

How should products and batteries be stored before sale?

Keep products in their protective packaging in a dry location away from excessive heat, direct sunlight and moisture. Rechargeable products also need storage and battery-maintenance instructions matched to the model. We can provide the relevant handling information for your order, so your warehouse team knows how to store the goods before sale.

What happens if an order fails pre-shipment inspection?

We take responsibility for the quality of your order and correct issues found at inspection before shipment. Within 24 hours of an inspection failure, we provide a photo-supported defect list, classifying defects as critical, major or minor. Within 48 hours, we submit a written corrective-action plan covering root cause, containment, rework method and completion date. We pay for rework and internal reinspection. If we are responsible, we also pay for the first third-party reinspection.

We collect the balance after reinspection passes and you give written release, with any necessary due-date adjustment following the reinspection schedule. Before production, we put the AQL level, sample quantity and defect criteria in the PI, so both teams use the same acceptance rules.

Certifications and markets6 answers

What certifications and audit documents does Relish have?

We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality-system certifications and FDA registration, and have SEDEX 4P audit documentation. Our product documentation includes CE, FCC, RoHS and other market-related materials. We can send you the documents relevant to your selected product, so your team can review them during sourcing.

What does FDA registration mean when sourcing for the U.S. market?

We can provide our FDA establishment-registration information and the product documents applicable to your U.S. project. Registration or device listing is different from FDA product approval or clearance. We start with the selected model, its intended use and your branding, then identify the factory documents relevant to that configuration and any additional project requirements. This lets your team review the actual product rather than rely on a general registration claim.

What documents should I review for an EU or UK launch?

We prepare the document review for your selected model, configuration and destination. It covers the available conformity documents, relevant test reports, labels and instructions, and identifies any additional testing or file updates needed for your project. For an RLI512 project, for example, we review the model’s CE/EU DoC, EMC, RoHS and UKCA document categories against the agreed configuration. Send us the model, target country, branding and charger or connected-function changes you need, and we can confirm which existing files apply and what extra work should be included in the quotation.

Can you support projects for Japan, South Korea, the Middle East and other markets?

Yes. Please specify your target country, model and branding. For projects in Japan, South Korea, the Middle East and other markets, we review the selected platform’s existing documents, charging configuration, label languages and instructions. Our proposal separates available materials from additional testing, document work or configuration changes, so you can see the extra scope, cost and timing before production.

Can rechargeable products be shipped by air, and what battery documents are needed?

Yes, we can arrange air-shipment options for rechargeable products. We check the battery configuration, quantity and packing with the carrier and prepare the applicable battery documents, including the UN 38.3 test summary. We will confirm the route and packing requirements for your shipment before dispatch.

Can existing certificates and test reports cover my brand and custom configuration?

We will check which existing documents cover your chosen model and custom configuration. Adding a brand name and changing a battery, charger, material or connected function can involve different document requirements. We will explain what can be used and whether additional testing or paperwork is needed, so this is settled before final packaging.

Payment and delivery7 answers

What are your payment and deposit terms?

For standard bulk orders, we normally take a 30% deposit and a 70% balance before shipment. The method, amounts and milestones are set out in the PI; development projects may use a different schedule. If an order needs corrective work after inspection, we collect the balance after reinspection passes and you give written release. Any necessary adjustment to the balance due date follows the reinspection schedule. We record the acceptance rules in the PI before production, so your team and ours use the same criteria for payment and release.

Does the unit price include packaging, development, testing and shipping?

We list what your product price includes, such as the agreed configuration, accessories and packaging. If the project has separate sample, tooling, development, additional testing or shipping costs, we show those separately. You can see the product price and the full quoted project cost before confirming the order.

How will I receive production updates?

Your account manager is your contact for sample and artwork approval, material preparation, production, inspection and dispatch updates. They coordinate the departments involved and bring any required decisions or product changes to you for confirmation. If we identify a risk to the confirmed dispatch date, we send written notice within 48 hours and no later than seven calendar days before that date. The notice states the cause, affected models and quantities, whether unaffected items can ship on time, and the revised date with its basis. Recovery options include overtime, priority split shipment or a revised schedule under the contract.

Does the shipping quote include duties and customs clearance?

It depends on the delivery service quoted, and we will state what is included before you confirm it. Freight, insurance, import duties, taxes and destination charges are listed or identified separately where applicable. We will also clarify who handles customs clearance and where delivery ends, so you can work out the cost to your receiving location.

Can you support an urgent launch or a split shipment?

We can assess an urgent order or a first-batch shipment around your required arrival date. Send us the destination and the quantity needed for launch. We will check stock, materials, branding and production capacity, then separate the production-ready date from transit time and show any extra charges. This helps you decide whether faster production, a different shipping method or a smaller first batch fits your launch.

Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA or my third-party warehouse?

Yes. We can provide preparation and delivery services for Amazon FBA or your third-party warehouse, including the required labeling and packing arrangements. These are paid services. Send us the warehouse requirements before packing, and we will quote the preparation and delivery charges separately so you can include them in your landed cost.

What happens if production is delayed?

If we identify a risk to your confirmed dispatch date, we send written notice within 48 hours and no later than seven calendar days before the original date. We state the cause, affected models and quantities, whether unaffected items can ship on time, and the revised date with its basis.

You can choose overtime to keep the original schedule, split shipment with priority for your core SKUs, or a revised schedule with the compensation agreed in your contract. Delay penalties follow the percentage in the PI. Force majeure and delays caused by your artwork, deposit or packaging approval are excluded from compensation, with the schedule extended accordingly.

After-sales and supply6 answers

What warranty do you offer for electric toothbrushes and water flossers?

We provide a 12-month factory warranty covering manufacturing defects in the motor, battery and pump. For sea shipments, the period starts on the shipment date shown on the bill of lading (B/L). For air or courier orders without a B/L, it starts on the goods’ arrival date. This is the warranty period for your B2B order. For a product-caused fault, send us the order details, affected quantity and fault evidence; we acknowledge the case within one working day and give an initial proposal within two working days.

What should I do if products arrive defective or fail after sale?

Send your account manager the order number, model, affected quantity, serial numbers and photos or videos of the fault. We acknowledge the case within one working day, give an initial proposal within two working days, and close the case within seven working days after the required information is complete. The proposal may be replacement, repair, refund or credit against your next order.

For low-value items, photos or videos showing the serial number are sufficient. Safety-related faults such as battery swelling or abnormal heat, and batch or repeated failures, require physical returns for failure analysis and a report. Contact us before returning anything to confirm the return and shipping arrangements. When we are responsible for the fault, we cover the return freight; we also pay replacement freight for product-caused defects. Bulk orders include 1–2% spare units so you can arrange local replacements while the case is handled.

Who is responsible for after-sales support if there is a product fault?

We take responsibility for after-sales support when the fault comes from the product itself. We review the order and fault evidence with you, explain the cause, and agree the appropriate replacement, repair, refund or credit. When we are responsible, we cover the freight for returning faulty products and sending replacements. A case is acknowledged within one working day, with an initial proposal within two working days and closure within seven working days after the required information is complete. If the problem is caused by factors outside the product, it is outside our responsibility; we explain the assessment and handling decision to you.

Do repeat orders require new tooling or sample approval?

If you reorder the same approved product without changes, we can use the existing product setup and tooling. If you want to update it, or a change is needed, we will notify you and ask you to sign off on the latest sample. Production then follows the version you have approved.

Can I order accessories, service parts and consumables separately?

Yes. Compatible brush heads, water flosser tips and available repair parts or accessories can be ordered separately. We provide lifetime replacement brush-head supply for the toothbrushes you buy from us. Water flosser tips start at 500 pieces per model, with mixed colors and your branded refill packaging. For repair parts and other accessories, send the device model and required quantity so we can confirm availability, compatibility, MOQ and replenishment timing in the quotation.

Do you support bulk fulfillment or individual dropshipping?

We supply bulk B2B orders and do not offer individual dropshipping. Available in-stock devices start at 50 units for wholesale orders. We can deliver bulk shipments to your address or warehouse; custom branding or packaging is quoted as a customization project. Refill products follow their own minimums, including 500 pieces per model for water flosser tips.
