From choosing the brushing system to approving samples and planning repeat orders, this guide answers the practical questions behind a private-label launch. Use the six topics below to compare products, prepare your brief and understand the production decisions ahead.
The current range covers several product directions. Rotasonic models combine brushing actions; 60° Vibrosonic models pair oscillation with sonic vibration; conventional sonic models offer different modes, controls and charging choices. Rotating, children’s and combined toothbrush–water flosser platforms complete the range.
Start with the customer and the role of the product in your range. A flagship model may emphasize its brushing system and display, while an everyday line may prioritize simple controls, battery capacity and the right included accessories. The model-family table links every current model to its specifications.
VS0560B combines sweep, oscillation and sonic brushing in a 3-in-1 platform. VS0661C adds whiten and polish actions within its 5-in-1 presentation, together with magnetic wall-mounted charging. Both product pages show their LCD interface and available configurations.
The Vibrosonic range uses 60° oscillation together with sonic brushing. Compare VS01C, VS0260B, VS0860B and the LCD-equipped VS0360B to decide which generation, controls and charging setup suit your product position.
Compare the brushing motion, head shape and control layout together. RLT3006 is a rotating model, while RLT312 combines rotating and sonic brushing. The sonic range includes everyday, pressure-sensor and travel-case configurations, giving you several ways to build a product line.
VPM and RPM describe different movements. Use each model’s specification and sample evaluation to compare the intended experience, rather than selecting a product from its frequency number alone. Ask your team to assess handling, mode changes, head feel and charging as part of the same review.
Compare conventional small brush heads, audio-guided brushing and U-shaped options. VS09C offers bone-conduction audio guidance; RLT250 y TS42C are sonic options for ages 5 and up. TV85D and the U-shaped TS51M list ages 3 and up on their product pages.
Define the intended age group before choosing the brush head, grip, controls and packaging. Review the complete sample with the planned head and accessories, and make sure the instructions and age information match the selected model and target market.
TS11C y TS31C are pressure-sensor sonic platforms. TS11C includes pressure reminders and toothpaste anti-splash; TS31C combines pressure feedback with an LED display. VS0360B, VS0560B y VS0661C provide an LCD smart display, while RLT312 and TR7507A also list pressure feedback.
Decide what the user needs to see or feel during brushing. Include the indicator behavior, control sequence and display information in your sample review so the feature is clear on the product and easy to explain on the box.
Begin with the intended user and a control layout that is easy to understand. The current range includes single-mode children’s models, multi-mode sonic models and platforms with additional mode options. Timer-equipped models can include two-minute brushing guidance and 30-second interval reminders, as shown in their individual specifications.
Review the actual mode sequence and the difference between settings on a sample. Record the required mode names, power-button behavior, timer operation and memory behavior in the product brief. This gives the engineering and packaging teams the same description to work from.
Check battery capacity, the charging connector and the complete charging set. The range includes Type-C, wireless inductive, magnetic and Micro USB charging configurations. For example, RLT620 y RLT622 use Micro USB and include a travel case; VS0661C offers magnetic wall-mounted charging together with Type-C.
Select the charging route around the product’s use at home, during travel or as part of a bathroom set. Compare battery-life statements with the model’s operating conditions and agreed sample tests. Put the cable, base and included power accessories on the packing list so the retail package is complete.
Confirm the head shape, connector, bristle material, bristle feel and quantity included in the set. The platform may offer silicone, DuPont bristles or other shown configurations. Travel cases, charging bases and sanitizing accessories also vary by model; RLT206, for example, offers an optional sanitizing base.
An existing platform gives you a concrete starting point for brushing technology, dimensions, controls and charging. You can then define your logo, colors, brush heads, accessories and packaging. An ODM project can include a different housing shape, feature development or a new product structure around your requirements.
Share the changes you want at the beginning. Our team can separate branding and configuration work from development that needs engineering, new tooling or additional sample stages. This makes the quotation, sample plan and launch schedule easier to assess.
The current customization range includes PANTONE color matching, logo printing, injection coloring, surface finishing and custom body-shape development. Brush heads and accessories can be coordinated with the handle, while packaging ties the full set to your brand guidelines.
Yes. Include your required modes, pressure indicators, screen information, controls and charging behavior in the brief. Start from a current model with the closest feature set, then identify the changes you want the engineering team to review.
The sample and quotation should describe the agreed configuration in practical terms: which modes are included, what the display shows, how the user changes settings and which accessories are supplied. Product-page features and custom development requests should be listed clearly so both teams know what the final version includes.
Our in-house packaging team can work on custom retail boxes, inserts, hang tags and finishes. Build the structure around the chosen handle, brush heads, charger and accessories, then align the artwork and product information with your sales channel.
For online sales, consider protection during shipment and a clear unboxing sequence. For retail shelves, plan the key product message, model identification and accessory contents. Gift sets and bundles may need a different insert or travel-case layout. Provide the destination market, artwork requirements, barcode files and any retailer packing instructions for review.
Production starts with the agreed product design and specification. Handle components are molded, and the motor, battery, control board and charging components are assembled into the housing. The brush head, sealing structure and external finish are then completed before function checks and packaging.
For a custom project, confirm which stages need new tooling, engineering samples or appearance samples. Use the approved sample, artwork and packing list as the common reference for the bulk order.

Agree an inspection checklist that matches the selected product. The existing manufacturing information covers appearance, function, water resistance, electrical safety, noise and drop checks. Your order brief can also identify the points that matter most to your brand and sales channel.
Record the acceptance criteria and required reports before production. This gives your team a clear way to compare the sample, the production specification and the finished goods.

Relish’s current documentation includes CE and RoHS information, FDA establishment registration and ISO 13485 quality-management information, as displayed in our certificate section. Bring your destination market and retail-channel requirements to the discussion so the document list can be matched to your program.
For the selected model, identify the product name, electrical configuration, charging accessories and branding used in the order. Review the relevant reports, labeling and instruction requirements with your team before artwork approval and shipment planning. Keep the agreed document list with the specification and quotation.
Approve the complete product configuration, rather than only the handle color or logo. Your sample review should cover the brushing system, mode sequence, indicators, head feel, charging accessories and the product’s retail presentation.
Keep the approval record and sample reference available to both teams. When a change is requested later, record the change against the same specification so production and packaging remain aligned.
Our standard customization MOQ is 1,000 units, with quantities adjustable to the project. In-stock wholesale products start from 50 units. These two routes serve different needs: a branded product program can include color, logo and packaging work, while a stock order can help you start with available models.
Send the model number, quantity and required customization together. If you are planning several colors or product variants, include the proposed split so our team can review the production and packing plan as a whole.
A model number and a total quantity are a useful start. A more complete brief lets us quote the product, accessories and customization in the same proposal, reducing the need to revise the scope later.
If a new design or feature is part of the project, include reference drawings or a clear description of the change. We can then identify the development and sample work needed alongside the production quotation.
The selected platform, motor and control configuration, battery, brush heads, charging system, accessory set and packaging all contribute to the product cost. Order volume and the number of color or SKU variations also influence the production plan.
For an OEM/ODM project, discuss engineering, tooling, samples and custom packaging as part of the overall scope. Compare quotations using the same specification and included contents, and confirm how delivery and any agreed testing or documentation work are handled. This gives your team a clearer basis for choosing between models and launch options.
Shortlist the models you want to compare and identify the functions, heads, charging method and accessories you need to assess. A stock sample can help with platform selection; branded or development samples can then be reviewed against the appearance and technical brief.
In-stock models ship in 7 days. For customized orders, discuss the schedule for artwork, samples, approval, component preparation and bulk production with our team. Give us the intended launch date and shipping destination early so these stages can be planned together.
Review the final product specification, model and SKU quantities, retail packing list, carton markings and shipping destination. Confirm the required documents and any inspection arrangements alongside the agreed delivery schedule.
Retailer, distributor or fulfillment requirements can affect labels, inserts and carton packing. Share these instructions before packaging is finalized. Keep the product, artwork and shipping information consistent so the goods arriving at your warehouse match the approved order.
Treat replacement brush heads as part of the product range from the start. Confirm the correct connector and head configuration for the selected handle, then plan the head count, packaging and branding for refill sales.
For a repeat order, provide the original model and specification reference, the required quantity and any change to colors, artwork or accessories. Retaining the approved configuration and artwork makes it easier to review replenishment requirements and keep the range consistent across shipments.
Look at how well the supplier’s current products fit your range and how clearly the team can explain configuration choices. Review sample quality, engineering support, customization scope, documentation and the production communication process together.
Relish’s current range lets you compare multiple brushing technologies and develop the handle, accessories and retail package with one OEM/ODM team. Use the product pages, factory information, certificate section and samples to decide which platform and cooperation route fit your business.
Send your target market, shortlisted models, expected quantity and main customization needs. Our team can use that brief to discuss model recommendations, configuration options, sample requirements and quotation scope with you.
If you already have a brand guide, product specification or packaging reference, include it with the request. If you are still defining the range, start with the customer group, target price and launch timing. We can then work through the product shortlist and the next sample or development step.
Ready to turn your shortlist into a product plan? Send the model numbers, target market, order quantity and branding requirements. We can discuss the sample, specification and quotation with you.
